This Privacy Policy explains how Simon Lee Gregory, trading as Spatial Awareness (“we”, “us”, “our”), handles your information when you visit our website, download Spatial Awareness, or purchase a licence.

1. Information We Collect

When you purchase a licence or download the free trial, payment and order information (including your name and email address) is collected and processed by Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor and Merchant of Record. We receive your email address and order details from Lemon Squeezy in order to provide support and licence-related communication.

When you use the Software, Spatial Awareness does not collect analytics, telemetry, or usage data. Your project files remain on your own machine and are not transmitted to us.

Licence validation: when you activate a licence key in the Software, the key is verified against Lemon Squeezy’s licensing API. This exchange includes the licence key and a machine identifier, used solely to enforce the activation limits of your licence tier.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information described above to:

• Deliver your purchase and licence key.
• Provide customer support.
• Communicate important updates about the Software.

We do not sell your information to third parties.

3. Third-Party Services

• Lemon Squeezy processes payments and handles certain customer data as Merchant of Record. See Lemon Squeezy’s Privacy Policy for details.
• Netlify hosts our website and may collect standard web server logs (e.g. IP address, browser type) for security and performance purposes.

4. Data Retention

We retain order and licence information for as long as necessary to provide support and meet legal/accounting obligations.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at the email below. Note that order records may also be held by Lemon Squeezy as the Merchant of Record.

6. Children’s Privacy

Spatial Awareness is a professional tool not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
