Spatial Awareness is a digital software product delivered electronically and instantly upon purchase. Because the licence key and download are made available immediately, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.

Before You Buy

We encourage you to download and try the free version of Spatial Awareness before purchasing a licence. The free version provides full access to the canvas, speaker design, and QLab integration features, with saving and export disabled. This lets you confirm the Software meets your needs before committing to a purchase.

Faulty or Defective Software

If you experience a genuine technical fault that prevents the Software from working as described, please contact us at [email protected] and we will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a fix, replacement licence, or — at our discretion — a refund.

Mistaken or Duplicate Purchases

If you believe you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate purchase), please contact us within 14 days of purchase at [email protected] with your order details, and we will review the matter.

Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable local consumer protection legislation that cannot be excluded.
